Tiramisu
This is the easy and fast version of tiramisu recipe, and doesn't requires a lots of egg. And it was sooooo delicious!

Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients:
Mascarpone cheese 8oz (Can get it at Specialty grocery store)
Lady Finger 1 package 24 bar or any airy, flurry angel/spounge cakes
Powdered Sugar 3 Tbs
Egg York 1 ea
Brandy/ Cognac 1 Tbsp
Heavy Cream 8 fl.oz
Cocoa powder 3 Tbsp
Espresso Shot:
Instance coffee 2 tsp
Hot water 1/3 C
Rum 1 1/2 tsp
Powdered Sugar 4 Tbsp
Instructions:
Combine egg york, 2 Tbsp powdered sugar & brandy into large bowl. Add Mascarpone cheese and beat with hand for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
In another bowl, combine heavy cream and 1 Tbsp powdered sugar & beat with mixer until smooth. Genty folded into Mascarpone mixture. Beat throughly for 3-5 minutes.
Brush one side of each lady finger with espresso shot & layer on bottom and sides of serving dishes. Spread 1/2 of Mascarpone mixture and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp cocoa. Layer lady fingers and finish with a Mascarpone layer & 1 Tbsp cocoa. Chill at least 2 hour, cut in squares and sprinkle with cocoa powder before serve. ENJOY!
