I make pudding, cant think of anywhere that sells pudding, so i make myself, it was easy!!! So rich and creamy!!! You just needs egg + milk + powdered sugar!!! The ratio is 1 egg : 100ml milk : 20grams sugar (i altered to 15grams of sugar, 20grams of sugar just too sweet!). Beat the eggs, stirred in sugar and milk and bake at 325'C about 30-40 mins,that's it...so easy...it looked wrinkle-y on pics but they taste great!!! enjoys!!!
