M.Y. San Sky Flakes crackers

This is my all time favourite salty crackers,M.Y. San SkyFlakes crackers from Philipine!! I have been eating this since i was in high school, i dont know if they sell in Malaysia, but it was very famous sncks in Brunei. My mom bought back a box from Brunei last month. Love it...it's so addicting and healty!!....Jacab crackers just cant beat it...they are now have it in the individual packet, great...convenience and less messy for me!!! $4.50 Brunei dollars for 32 packets

Famous Wayang Street fried chicken wings and chicken butts!!

We are around the area about 4pm-ish..perfect time to get the famous fried chicken wings from the stall near Star cine-plex. Woot woot!! At last make it there when all the fried stuffs are not sold out. They have tons of the chicken butts ready to serve the meeee!!!**Happy dance** We always there too late to grab the famous items, so remember be there around this time cos their stuffs gone so fast!!!




The fried chicken butts is to die for!! And seriously they are one big fat chicken butts...so big and yummy!!! I loss count of how many yummy i use...don't mind me...it was that YUMMYLICIOUS!!! I could just pop them in my month non stop, the homemade chilies is yummy too...goes perfectly with their fried stuffs. The wings were okay...nothing to shoot about...but it was good enough to make a cheaper alternative for yourKFC or McD fried wings craving!!! I know...its damn fattening...but hey you are not gonna eat them everyday rite, so yeah...i am not too worry about the calories!! In fact, eating bad food once a while actually do help me to stay my diet on track...bleeeee-eeh!!...Enough excuses...here's the price:-
Fried chicken wings (small) - 3 for RM5, (big) - RM2.50 each

Teh C Peng from the Original!!!

Kuching people...you knows how good this thing is...Teh C Peng special aka Milk tea with evaporated milk and dark brown sugar syrup... especially when it comes from the founder, double goodness!!! I drove all the way to 7th mile just to tapao the drinks. The price went up from RM1.90 to RM2 started this Dec 1...but i dont mind...they doing good job in putting them in sealed cup and the tapao people make the tapao drink in no time... they are readu in just few minutes...right after i paid my drinks and they handed me the drinks... So fast and i love it!!! I bought 4 cups and keep them in the fridge. It was enough to get me through for the rest of 2 days...i drank it every morning....can't help it...i need my daily TCP fix...i m sooo proud... I m not hooked with Sbux coffeee....otherwise i m going to be broke!!!i dont think i'd be switching my love from tea to coffee person!!! Tea is the best... Especially this stuff just Heavenly yummy!!!! Thumb up Fresh food court!!!

Weight loss update!

Helllllllo beautiessss! How's everyone doing??
I hope ya enjoy your weekend...mine was pretty blaahh....muscles sore and i got all the bruises from my legs too because i still hooked with gua sha...this time is for scrapping alwaz the fat from my thigh...i know...it sounds silly..but its from Taiwan beauty show...idk if it works...but man...it was freacking sore and you got real bruises that didnt go alway for 2 weeks...gaaahhh!! I hope it shows some result...fingers crossed!!

Here's are some update from my weight loss, i have been keeping the same weight for like 2 weeks now...hmmmm i m kinda helpless and was wondering...maybe i was toning up my body...cos i run...and i got some muscles on my thighs...it all firm and ugly!! Gaaahhh...but i really see some differences, my leg got thinner...thankfully~~~ maybe because of the gua sha result??? You judges...huhuuuuu...Onto the pictures~~~

I did chinese scrapping...AKA GUA SHA
OMGoosshhh, i had been really sick recently...from chinese medicalogy (this word exist?) my body is said to be "heat" type, that mean i m easy to get dizzy and headache when i am out under the sun too long. And i found that GUA SHA actually works for me...after doing the Gua Sha, i felt so much better right away. Usually i only do the scrapping at the back of my body...but this thing - the Sha ( bruised-like spots) gets in every where of my body...from my neck, my shoulder to the chest...You just see it from my pictures...its everywhere...it still not clear up yet...i had to wait another few days to have the sha all clear up so that i can wear my tank top again....it aint fun...it sores like hell..i had a hard looking at the picture myself... So brutal!! Gaaaaaahhh!!! I hate it when i m so easy to get sick and had to get through this all the time...my body sux...cry~

I loooooooooove these butterflies top, i think its silk material...so flowy...so lightweighted!!! Did ya see something different?? I curled my hair!! Upgrade or downgrade?? I like it though!! It didnt take much of my time to do it...huge yay cos i m not a hair person...huhu!!!

Weight loss

Down from 140 lbs to 119 lbs...it takes a lot of will power and hardship, ie...sarcrifying Kolok mee and Laksa!!! Sob sob...they are my best friends.... it was okay though...i learn everything gotta be in moderation. I still eat them once awhile...sharing the portion with my mom. Sometimes do indulge myself in Ice Kacang and Boba tea once a while. They are my love...cant quit them!!! But again...it commit me to get on my bike and bike for 30 mins everyday! Once your body build up that stamina...exercising could be fun!!! Haha i need to stop talking about sad weight loss story...maybe i should write a book about it haha...one day....Onto the pictures...
