Whats for dinner??

Just the old post i moved from Window space to draw more traffics to my new blog, Here we go, i love to cook, i cook everyday for myself and sometime my brother when he is home, its sooo much fun and fulfilling!!

>>>>3 Cup chicken w/fried tofu puff<<<

Ingredients:
5 oz (approximately 150g) chicken tenderloin(sliced)
3 pieces fried tofu puff (油豆腐)
1 fl.oz soy sauce
1 fl.oz cooking wine
1 fl.oz sesame oil
1 C water
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp ginger (shredded)
2 tsp sugar
1 handful of basil leaves (九層塔)

Instructions:
Heat the pan with 1 Tbsp of cooking oil, add in shredded ginger, stir fry the ginger until brown and the ginger appears dried, add in garlic and sesame oil, keep stiring for about 30 sec, stir in sliced ckicken until the color of chicken turned white, add in fried tofu puff together with cooking wine and soy sauce, stir fry the ingredient evenly and bring in 1 C of water, stir fry for about 1 minute, when the sauce is boiling, add in basil leaves, stir fry for a little and it's ready to serve.

Ingredients:
5 oz green beans (washed and trimmed)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp olive oil
Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions:
Sprinkle minced garlic, salt and pepper on the green bean, pour in 1 Tbsp of olive oil, put in the microwave at 450'F, bake it for 30 mins.
